Civilization Classic

This was what started the whole series off, if it wasn't for the success of this game, we might not be sitting here talking about right now. Civilization aim is very basic, the user needs to attempt to expand and develop their empires though out the ages until modern and near future ages. 

Civ net

Civ net was a 1995 remake of the classic game, but this time it included multiplayer, improved graphics and sound. 

Civilization II

Just like Civ Classic, Civ II is a turn based simulator where a user attempts to expand and develop their empires throughout the ages until the future ages. 

The game differed from Civ Classic as it added changes to the units, civilizations, additional wonders, tile (specials) and Technology.

Changes to the graphics were also introduced such as a new isometric view, improved interface and the AI

Civilization III

Such as its successors, Civ III is a turned based simulator where the user attempts to expand and develop their empires. 

Their were many ways to win Civ III, Conquest, Domination, Cultural, Diplomatic, Building a spaceshio or though a Histograph.

Civ III: Play the World

This was the first Expansion Pack to be introduced to Civ 3. It added more civilizations, a new multiplayer feature, new Wonders of the World, new units and new game modes such as elimination, regicide and capture the flag.

Civ III: Conquests 

This is Civ's III second expansion pack. It was published in 2003 and added seven new civilizations to the game as well as the 8 civilization from the first expansion.

Also added to the game were new governments such as Feudalism and Fascism as well as new Wonder of the World. New resources were also added as well as new terrain objects e.g Volcanoes and marshes.
